We had a fantastic stay at Hiromas Hostel in Akihabara. the staff were extremely helpful and spoke English fluently. the location was convenient, with easy access to Yushima Station and several other nearby stations. We were also pleased to find that there were convenience shops like Family Mart and 7-11 just a few yards away. the hostel itself was cozy and quiet, and it was evident that they maintained it very well. One highlight was that the room was quite spacious and the beds were really comfortable to sleep in. We also appreciated that they changed our towels everyday, and the wifi was surprisingly super fast. being only 1 km away from Akihabara Electronic Town was a huge plus!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hiromas Hostel In Akihabara. The staff were very friendly and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bed in our dormitory was surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The common area was a great place to hang out, even after we checked out. We also appreciated the small space provided for prayer, as well as the convenience of a special area to hang coats. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hostel to others.

The staff at this hostel were really friendly and helpful. They were always available and willing to assist with any questions or requests. the hostel had a common area with chargers, which was really convenient for charging my devices. the speedy wifi was also a definite highlight, allowing me to stay connected and browse the internet without any issues.

One of the major drawbacks of this hostel was the lack of elevators for the male dorm, which was located on the top floor. As a guest with a large suitcase, it was quite inconvenient and tiring to climb up and down multiple flights of stairs.

Clean place and good location with a cool common room with vending machines. the staff were soooo accommodating and kind, letting us leave our luggage at the storage counter. the bathroom was clean, organized, well-lit, and the toiletries were of good quality.

There's no lift, so carrying luggage up and down can be a hassle. the mattress was a little flat and the capsules were not 100% soundproof.
